Delivery within Australia
All prices on the halemercantilecolinen.com.au website include GST. All Hale Mercantile Co orders are carefully packaged ensuring your items will stay protected until they reach you. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.

All Australian orders are sent via e-Parcel through Australia Post from our warehouse in Melbourne. A tracking number will be provided with which you can track the progress of your shipment using the following link www.auspost.com.au/track. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
COVID-19 UPDATE - Australia Post is experiencing shipping delays due to increased demand and current restrictions. We do our best to monitor tracking of these parcels but cannot be held accountable for any delays incurred due to the current global pandemic.
We currently ship to New Zealand, Asia, USA, the United Kingdom and Europe.
International orders will be sent via a registered TNT or DHL couriers and will require a signature. A tracking number will be provided with which you can track the progress of your shipment using the following link www.tnt.com or www.dhl.com.au. Allow Up to 14 business days for delivery.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a "gift" for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

International Taxes and Duties
All HMCo international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and do not include any relevant import duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. This means all import duties and taxes are not included in your order and the buyer is responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.
It is important to note that Hale Mercantile Co does not take any responsibility for local sales taxes incurred in the USA. For further information, you can visit the US CBP website.
All orders will be sent with correct invoices and documents. We recommend contacting your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations before placing your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, HMCo reserves the right to recharge the applicable shipping cost.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
